Hi, my name is Marissa. I'm a 21 year old Boston College student and marathon runner. I have a passion for fitness, running and nutrition as well as music, art, concerts, playing instruments, marching band, cheerleading, fashion, Neuroscience, Psychology, cooking, Boston, movies and of course certain tv shows (The OC and One Tree Hill in particular).
This blog is for things that I like and also to inspire a healthy lifestyle for myself and others. I love sharing interesting things with the world and hope that I can help people along the way.

I had salmon with veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) and rice pilaf for dinner, but then I split a dessert with my brother…
This thing was massive. It was called the “Charles River Pie”. It was basically like a pint of coffee ice cream on a plate with cookie crust and chocolate fudge and toasted almonds. So bad. I don’t know who in their right mind would eat all of it.
Of course I ate some of it…we left maybe a little more than a quarter of it, and we were both eating it, so I don’t feel so bad. I don’t think I ate much of it, but it’s all about moderation anyway. I don’t even remember the last time I had ice cream.
I’m just gonna work out tomorrow morning and give it everything I have.
You mad? I ain’t even mad! :P
I think I’ll post a bunch of Guilt Free treats every now and then for those people that are looking to satisfy a sweet tooth!

Frozen Grapes
I decided to give myself a treat. It was amazingly delicious. I don’t know if I regret it or not.
Now I’m just feeling blah because I didn’t get to the gym today - it closes at 5:45 and I’m being picked up for a concert at 5:30.
I think maybe I’ll do some ab video workouts…

and because it was so damn good. :)
Up early tomorrow for my first early morning work out since last week.
Gonna try to kill it.
