Whole Foods shopping experience

So today I slept in a little since I was just so exhausted yesterday. I don’t have official 8 hour work days yet, so I’m kind of just bumming around and running errands/going into the lab when I need to.

Today was going to be a better day for me, I wouldn’t let things get me down any more.

I decided to take a walk to Whole Foods because I have never actually been there. People keep telling me that I will love it, but I always avoid going because I’m worried I will spend way too much money. I decided I was only going for a few things and the most I would spend would be $25…I ended up spending $28. Oh well, close enough.

I ate this on the way home. It was $1.09, but I couldn’t resist…I never had this flavor before!

It was delicious. :)

So this is what I got at Whole Foods:

-Shredded Reduced Fat Unsweetened coconut

-Organic Spelt flour

-Chia Seeds (I have been looking for these everywhere!!)

-Lightly Salted Brown Rice cakes

-Vanilla Maple Arctic Zero!!

I was so excited that I found Arctic Zero, I have been dying to try that stuff.

So, I took a couple spoonfuls as soon as I got home. I actually really liked it!

Yum!! I can’t wait to have more of this later after my workout.

So now I’m off to the gym. I think I’m gonna do legs and abs today, 30 min of HIITs and a bike ride.

Let’s see how this goes. I’m really hoping it is better than yesterday…

Deleted that silly post I made earlier today…

I just needed to write it down I guess…but I can’t let it bother me.

Done with work for the day (woo hoo!) so I’m gonna go to Trader Joe’s and pick up some great stuff, come back and make myself something delicious, clean my room and maybe nap a little, watch One Tree Hill, then do my 7 mile work out and abs!

Also, I got the most amazing yoga pants yesterday from Forever 21 - they are so comfy. Not to mention a fleece running jacket for only $7!

:)

I decided to go shopping on Friday as a reward…

For getting past that plateau and below 130 lbs. So, I stopped at Wet Seal on my way home from work and decided to buy something that I felt and looked great in (despite the fact that I shouldn’t really be spending money right now).

I bought a bunch of tube tops because I am so pleased with my arms lately.

Here is one of the outfits:

I absolutely adore the top (size small)!!

The day before this, after working out in the gym, the scale said 125.5 or so, but I totally didn’t believe that…probably all water weight because it was so hot out that day.

So I am probably more like 127 here.

I could have bought so many more things…there was a short jean skirt that I felt so comfortable wearing and a lacy black dress with bows on the back that was adorable…

and I was like…MUST PUT BACK.

Hopefully this post distracts me from my funk and gets me back in motion tomorrow for some great toning up!
