Hi, my name is Marissa. I'm a 21 year old Boston College student and marathon runner. I have a passion for fitness, running and nutrition as well as music, art, concerts, playing instruments, marching band, cheerleading, fashion, Neuroscience, Psychology, cooking, Boston, movies and of course certain tv shows (The OC and One Tree Hill in particular).
This blog is for things that I like and also to inspire a healthy lifestyle for myself and others. I love sharing interesting things with the world and hope that I can help people along the way.
My goal is to get healthy and REMAIN healthy for life - Eat better, exercise, and just be the best version of myself. Just watch me.

I want to follow all of you!! :)
1. Participate in and finish the 2012 Boston Marathon!
2. Be more punctual and on time in everything I do. (Especially when my boyfriend tells me to meet him somewhere and I end up being like 15 min late…yikes)
3. Get abs/a toned stomach (and to be fit over all, but this in particular…)
4. Manage my time better (minimize the number of all nighters I need to have…)
5. Obtain at least a 3.5 GPA for the next semester
6. Be more frugal and save money for the summer (so I can live in an apartment again)
7. Be less anxious/stressed/worried all the time about every little thing.
8. Get 7-8 hours of sleep at least 5 nights a week.
9. Quit my stupid waitress job that causes me grief/stress and takes up too much of my time for hardly any money.
10. Continue to keep the amount of sugar/processed foods in my diet to a minimum.
11. Drink at least 58 oz of water a day, no matter what!
12. Be happier with myself.
