Hi, my name is Marissa. I'm a 21 year old Boston College student and marathon runner. This blog is for things that I like and also to inspire a healthy lifestyle for myself and others. I love sharing interesting things with the world and hope that I can help people along the way.
My goal is to get healthy and REMAIN healthy for life - Eat better, exercise, and just be the best version of myself. Just watch me.

This is your life. Are you who you want to be?
I went to the gym and did some speed work, about 3.75 miles total. Then I worked on biceps and back.
When I came home I practiced some poses a bit more, and wow…I really did start sweating. I was practicing for maybe about 20 - 30 minutes and I could definitely feel it.
My forearm stand (hopefully soon to be scorpion) is getting better and so is my head stand! These are only being held for seconds at a time, but it’s an improvement….a little while back I was complaining that I would never be able to hold myself up. I have a strength training schedule that I have created for myself and it seems to be working for me.
Then I had a Peanut Butter Cookie Luna Bar…soo good.
