My official time was 4:29:28…20 minutes slower than my goal. I’ll admit, I’m kind of disappointed in this. I’m trying not to be, but it’s tough when you feel like you didn’t really run at the ability you know you are capable of.
I know. It was in almost 90 degree weather, and I should be happy I finished. And I am. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget, and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to run Boston and be a part of such a big legend.
But I’m finding it difficult to be proud of myself right now. Call me crazy.
I will eventually post a lengthy entry about my experience running, but for right now I’m tired and I actually have an exam tomorrow….which sucks because I’m not prepared or mentally ready to take it tomorrow morning.
