I got a new digital watch to wear during the marathon. It was really cheap and it’s just so I can keep track of time.
This was my 12 mile time today!

1:51:32
My original intention was to do 7 mi LT (about 9:15) and the rest about a 10 min pace.
I did the first 7 mi at 6.6 mph and felt amazing, so I decided to keep my pace for the last 5 mi closer to marathon pace (and slightly faster at times).
I know I probably pushed myself a little bit too much because my knee is feeling kind of sore now… :-/ I am getting a little concerned, but I think it will be just fine.
I will definitely be taking it easy from now and stop pushing my pace for tomorrow, Sunday and the rest of the week leading up to the marathon. This was my last hard run.
Also, I drank lemon lime Gatorade during my run with no stomach cramps! yay.
After I went out to eat with my family. My dinner was absolutely delicious:
Salmon filet over mango salsa with jasmine rice and broccolini.
Broccolini is so cute. :P

I was still hungry after dinner (haha, shocker) so I had a snack:
A glass of vanilla unsweetened almond milk and some blueberry muesli from Trader Joe’s.

Then I was studying a little for Physiology, because I’m freaking out about my next exam on April 12th. I watched some videos about the Cardiovascular system tonight, and I’m trying really hard to be productive with studying. I can’t afford to do poorly. :(
