I decided to give myself a treat. It was amazingly delicious. I don’t know if I regret it or not.
Now I’m just feeling blah because I didn’t get to the gym today - it closes at 5:45 and I’m being picked up for a concert at 5:30.
I think maybe I’ll do some ab video workouts…

I’m very self conscious of my stomach so it was very hard for me to post a picture, but maybe I’m just being too hard on myself…
I’m not happy with my lower abs at all, and I hate how my belly button sort of sags because of it.
Any advice?

I woke up and made Cinnamon mandarin pancakes:

They were pretty good, but I think I may have burned them a little…they tasted so much better with a little maple syrup.
Then I ran some errands - went to the bank to exchange my change for bills and picked up my prescription from CVS.
Then I went to the gym and burned 500 cals on the elliptical, did some strength training and went swimming for about 30 minutes.
Then I took a trip to Trader Joe’s and got awesome healthy food! :
-Quinoa
-Tempeh
-Fruit (Organic raspberries, strawberries, apples, grapes, bananas)
-Ginger
-Flaxseed
-Ezekial bread
-Greek Yogurt
-Almond milk (excited to finally try this!)
-Organic Peanut Butter
-Light Cream Cheese
-Snow Peas
-Tomato Sauce
I’m really excited to make some new things. :)
But that’s not at all how much I normally work out. I sort of didn’t realize and kept going because I had this frustration and passion that needed to be let out.
I’ll probably take tomorrow off…
Thanks for trying to help. I just ended up doing a lot more today than I normally do, but I don’t think it’s anything to be concerned about. A lot of those numbers are based on machines and estimates that might not even be right. I never do that much exercise in one day, and I do give myself rest days/slack off occasionally.
Morning work out:
Elliptical - 400 cals
Treadmill - 300 cals
Night work out:
Total Body Conditioning - 300 cals
Elliptical - 200 cals
Plus more strength training I did on the side!
